Standard Carcass Wash and Head Wash Operation Temperatures:
Normal wash temperatures must be 85 degrees Fahrenheit with no more than two degree variation above or below this setting.
Standard Carcass Wash Operation Pressure:
Normal carcass wash pressure must be 85 p.s.i. with no more than five p.s.i. variation above or below this setting.
Standard Head Wash Operation Pressure:
Normal head wash pressure must be 35 p.s.i. with no more than five p.s.i. variation above or below this setting.
Standard Hot Water Pasteurization Wash Operation Pressure:
Normal hot water wash pressure must be no greater than 25 p.s.i. with no more than two p.s.i. variation above or below this setting.
Standard Hot Water Pasteurization Wash Operation Temperature:
Normal hot water wash temperature should be greater than 205 degrees Fahrenheit in the header at the top of the cabinet.
